1. Order Process & Payments

  • All production begins only after mockup/final design approval by the customer.
  • A 50% advance payment is required to initiate manufacturing.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid before shipment.

2. Production Transparency

  • RIZFIT will provide: Regular updates (fabric sourcing, production timelines)
  • Quality check reports
  • Pre-shipment photos/videos

3. Samples Policy

  • Sample costs (manufacturing + shipping) are 100% payable by the customer.
  • If Wanna a Free sample, customer should have to pay the shipping cost.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to: Custom clearance delays
  • Force majeure (natural disasters, strikes)
  • Customers must: Provide accurate delivery addresses
  • Cover any return shipping costs for incorrect addresses

5. Quality Guarantee

  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Will be sortout by a proper way.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All approved designs/mockups remain the customer’s property.
  • RIZFIT reserves the right to use completed garments for marketing (unless specified otherwise in writing).
